Дэвид Невью (David Nevue) — американский композитор и пианист.
Дэвид Невью родился в 1965 году в США, в городе Норт Бенд (North Bend), штата Орегон.
Определяющее влияние на творчество Дэвида оказала музыка Джорджа Винстона. Примечательно, что в юности Дэвид совсем не задумывался о карьере пианиста. Его главной страстью была рок-музыка всевозможных стилей и направлений. Фортепьянная музыка ассоциировалась у Дэвида исключительно с классикой, к которой он никогда не чувствовал ни влечения, ни интереса. Все изменило знакомство с музыкой Джорджа Винстона, которую постоянно крутил сосед Дэвида по комнате во время обучения в колледже.
Альбом Overcome посвящен отцу пианиста, который был миссионером в Кении и Уганде. Имя альбома "Overcome — Преодоление" по задумке композитора служит двойным символом: некто может быть побежден этим павшим, изломанным миром или выбрать путь преодоления и победить его. "Я молюсь, — говорит музыкант, — чтобы этот альбом стал поддержкой для всех, кто чувствует себя разбитым под грузом текущего мига. Пусть эта музыка перенесет вас от мест боли и тревог в места мира и покоя, от злости к смирению, от смущения духа к определенности..."
